What exactly does management include?

Installation and maintenance

We install and maintain your server

We make your server ready to use, with the Plesk control panel or with the desired application. Once your server is operational, we install all available updates on a weekly basis. We always do this on Monday morning between 05:00 and 06:00. We backup your server daily between 00:00 and 00:05. Are we seeing best practice configuration changes? Then we'll let you know.

When an update is released for a security vulnerability with a CVSS 3 score of 7.0 - 8.9, we evaluate whether it is necessary to install this update outside of the weekly maintenance window. When the issue gets a CVSS score of 9.0 - 10.0, the weekly maintenance window will not be waited for and this update will be installed as soon as possible.

Is your server unreachable for any reason or is your application no longer working properly? Then we will get to work to solve that. If you have a dedicated server, we will of course also replace the hardware if it fails.

We monitor your server 24/7. We check, among other things, the hardware aspects such as CPU, memory, load and available storage space. We also keep an eye on whether all services and applications are running and accessible. Is there a problem? Then we intervene.

Questions during support hours

At each management level you have a certain support time. We help you with questions or desired adjustments to configurations or new installations of certain software. You can also ask us substantive questions about your application, we try to help insofar as we can.

We install Debian by default. On request we can also install Ubuntu, CloudLinux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Do you choose another operating system? Interesting! Contact us contact and we will look at the possibilities.

We take a backup of your entire cloud VPS server every 24 hours (excluding external drives). These backups are stored in the same physical location as your cloud server and are kept for 7 days. External storage of your backups is highly recommended, contact contact and we will discuss the possibilities.

No, unfortunately. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. The management time starts at the beginning of each calendar month.
