We install and maintain your app server

We prepare your server, including the chosen application. This way you can get started right away. We install all updates of both the operating system and the application on a weekly basis.

24/7 intervention in the event of malfunctions

Is your app server becoming unreachable for any reason? Then we will get to work to solve that. If you have a dedicated server, we will of course also replace the hardware if it fails.

24/7 monitoring of your server

We monitor your server 24/7. We check, among other things, the hardware aspects such as CPU, memory, load and available storage space. We also keep an eye on whether all services and applications are running and accessible. Is there a problem? Then we intervene.

With each administrative package you have a certain support time. We are happy to help you with questions about the application, make desired adjustments to the configuration, and install additional software and extensions.

That is not necessary, because we manage the server for you. We take care of updates and handle malfunctions. In your application you are of course completely free to set it up completely to your liking.

We always install operating system updates on Monday mornings between 05:00 and 06:00. For stability and security reasons, we install all available updates on a weekly basis.

We install updates to the hosted application on Monday mornings between 06:00 and 08:00. The hosted application is usually unavailable for about 10 minutes as a result. Of course, an application update is not available every week. We will notify you a week in advance when we install an update.

When an update is released for a security issue with a CVSS 3 score of 7.0 - 8.9, we evaluate whether it is necessary to install this update outside of the weekly maintenance window. When the issue gets a CVSS score of 9.0 - 10.0, the weekly maintenance window will not be waited for and this update will be installed as soon as possible.

This is not provided by default in the management. But feel free to contact us and we will discuss the possibilities or we will put you in touch with a web agency.

If we see that we will need more time for a question or assignment than what you have available, we will contact you. Additional hours performed will be invoiced at the normal hourly rate. If this happens systematically, it is recommended to choose a higher administrator package.

Your app server is backed up every night between 00:00 and 05:00. We make a backup of every app server that is stored in an external data center.

No unfortunately. Unused hours will expire at the end of the month. The management time starts at the beginning of each calendar month.
